At DAN electronic LTD (collectively the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy and understand that you care about how information about you is collected, used, shared and retained.

Document Scope

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to information collected when you: a) visit www.infoserv.eu and management.infoserv.eu websites (the "Sites"); b) create or access an account through any of the Sites (an "Account"); c) download, install or otherwise use any of the InfoServ® CRM Desktop Applications or the InfoServ® CRM Mobile Application, including their demos, beta and trial versions (the "Applications"); d) subscribe to, access, configure, or otherwise use any hosted or software-as-a-service offerings by DAN electronic (the "Services").

By visiting the Sites; creating or accessing an Account; downloading, installing, or using any of the Applications; or  subscribing to, accessing, configuring, or using any of our Services,  you are consenting to our collection, processing, use, disclosure, and retention of your Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our Sites, Accounts, Applications, and/or Services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices governing the relationship between our clients and their end users when our clients use our Applications or Services to collect and process data.  Rather, such usage is governed by our clients’ privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Web sites and applications covered

The Policy covers the information practices of the following web sites and applications:

  • www.infoserv.eu
  • InfoServ® CRM Management Portal (management.infoserv.eu)
  • InfoServ® CRM Desktop Applications (InfoServ® CRM Administrator, InfoServ® CRM Client, InfoServ® CRM Phone Server)
  • InfoServ® CRM Mobile Application

Applications may be posted by DAN electronic and third parties. When applications are posted by DAN electronic and the application links to this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy applies. When applications are posted by third parties, the privacy policy of the third party applies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the DAN electronic’s Sites, Services, and Applications. Some of them may include links to third-party sites or resources (e.g., applications) over which we do not have control. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of these sites. If you visit or submit information to any of those sites, your Information is subject to their privacy statements. You should check the applicable third party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other site and before providing any information to other sites.

Information Collected, Processed, and Stored

Information provided directly from you

We collect personal information from you when you interact with our Sites or use our Applications or Services. When you purchase our services, sign-up for a free trial, complete a Web Form, register for an event, download a white paper, contact us by phone or e-mail, initiate a web chat conversation with us, request information, subscribe to a newsletter mailing list, provide us with feedback, or voluntarily post in the Company’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) accessible from the Sites, you may be actively sending us personally identifiable information about you and your company, such as your company name, contact name, title, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number, as well as other related to your business information such as company registration and VAT number, and other personal information that you actively submit to us (collectively, the "Personal Information"). This type of information that we collect from you depends upon your interaction with our Sites, Applications, and Services. We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use our Sites, Applications and Services unless you provide it voluntarily.

You can opt out of providing information by not entering it when asked and, if such information is required in order to allow us to respond to your inquiry, you will receive a notice advising you of this. In each such instance, you will know what data we collect through the site, because you actively submit it.

Information collected automatically through our Sites and Applications

As is true of most Web sites and Applications, we gather certain information automatically to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer our Sites, Applications, and Services. As you navigate our Sites or use our Applications and Services, we may automatically collect information, such as admin and user account names logged into the Applications, Internet Protocol (IP) address (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your browser type, the pages you viewed, your operating system, the URL of the website from which you came, and date/time stamps associated with your usage (collectively, "Other Information").

We use this Other information to analyze overall trends, to troubleshoot issues, to help us improve our Sites, Applications and Services, to track and aggregate non-personal information, and to provide our Sites and Services to you. For example, We use IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate our Sites. We also collects IP addresses from Customers when they log into the Services as part of our “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features.

Unless you also actively submit Personal Information such as your name or address, the Other Information does not typically allow us to identify you personally (even though it can theoretically be done, we do not have the means or an interest to find out who you are, unless you identify yourself voluntarily through an active submission of data). However, we reserve the right to combine automatically collected Other Information with Personal Information that you actively submit.

Customer-Generated Data

InfoServ Customers may electronically submit data or information via our Services and Applications for hosting and processing purposes ("Customer-Generated Data" or “Customer Data”). DAN electronic will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer-Generated Data except as provided in our Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement, we may access Customer-Generated Data only for the purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law.

Use of cookies and other tracking devices

We use cookies and other tracking devices to track information about your use of our Sites and Services. When you visit the Sites, use the Applications or Services we passively track information on your computer and Internet connection, such as the IP address of your computer and/or Internet service provider, the date and time you access the site, the Internet address of websites from which you link to our site, the computer technology you are using and your movements and preferences.

Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you; they merely recognize your Web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or filling out a Web form (such as a "Contact us" or "Free Trial" Web form), you remain anonymous to us.

Cookies: Cookies do lots of different jobs, like letting you navigate between pages efficiently, storing your preferences, and generally improving your experience on our Sites. Cookies make the interaction between you and the Sites faster and easier. We may use cookies to improve your user experience by enabling our Sites to 'remember' you, either for the duration of your visit (using a "session cookie") or for repeat visits (using a "persistent cookie"). We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies when you access our Sites, Applications and Services. Session cookies expire and no longer have any effect when you log out of your account or close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your browser until you erase them or until they expire.

From time-to-time, we may engage third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit our Sites and use our Services.  We may sometimes use cookies delivered by third parties to track the performance of Company advertisements.  For example, these cookies remember which browsers have visited the Sites. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after the Company receives it.

Other Tracking Technologies: We may also collect usage and performance data through our Apps using various platform-specific tracking technologies applicable to the Apps.

If you do not want us to deploy cookies in your browser, you can opt out by setting your browser to reject cookies or to notify you when a web site tries to put a cookie in your browser software. Visitors to our Site who disable cookies can still access most areas of our Sites, however, your ability to use some of the features may be affected or certain features may not function.

Use of information collected

We use the information we collect to conduct our business and improve our Sites, Services, and Applications, to develop new products and services, to provide information and support, to better understand your needs and interests, to personalize communications and advertising, and generally to promote a quality experience for you.

For example, we may use your Information, including your Personal Information, to:

  • Perform the services requested. For example, if you initiate a contact with us by filling out a “Contact Me” Web form, message us via Web Chat, call or e-mail us, WE will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in our Services and build our relationship with you.

  • Market our products and services. For example, WE may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services, to send you additional information regarding the Company, its affiliates, and its partners, such as information about promotions, events, or product features that we believe would be of interest to you, and to customize the content, products and services that are offered to you.

  • Send you our newsletter and other company and service related news when you subscribe for our Newsletter.
  • Process, fulfill and follow up on transactions and requests for products, services, support, and information.

  • Verify your authority to enter and use our Sites, Services and Applications.

  • Improve our products and services, the effectiveness of our websites, and our advertising and marketing.

  • Provide targeting advertising, including the use of re-targeting technology.

  • Deter, detect, and prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities.

  • Comply with legal requirements.

We may link information we collect from multiple sources to provide better service to you and to improve our products and services.

Sharing and Disclosing Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional and marketing purposes. We are not in the business of selling or renting your Information to telemarketers and we do not share your Information with others, except as defined in this Policy. We share and disclose your Information as follows:

  • We may share your Information with trusted business partners, such as system integrators, distributors, and referral partners for customer support, marketing, technical operations and account management purposes.

  • We may share your Information with affiliated and unaffiliated service providers for the sole purpose of enabling them to provide services to us in connection with providing our Services to you.

  • We may share your Information to provide and improve our Sites, Services and Applications; deliver correspondence, communications, or services, such as newsletters, events, training, or software that you request or purchase; process orders; and solicit your feedback.

  • We may share your Information when employing other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.  Examples may include providing hosting and network services, information technology support, and customer service.  These other companies will have access to your Information only as necessary to perform their functions.

  • We may analyze your Information in aggregate form which does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, advertisers, manufacturers, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Sites, Services, and Applications to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for lawful purposes.

  • We may share or transfer your Information in connection with a prospective or actual sale, merger, transfer or other reorganization of all or parts of our business, or in response to a bankruptcy proceeding.

  • We may need to provide access to your Personal Information and the contents of your user account to our employees and service providers for the purpose of investigating any suspected illegal activity or potential violation of the terms and conditions for use of our Services.

  • We may share, disclose, or provide your Information to third parties: (a) when attempting to collect a payment or debt; (b) when required to combat fraud or to protect our interests; (c) to enforce the Privacy Policy or the applicable Master Subscription Agreement of our Services; (d) when required to do so by law or in response to legal process, court order, lawful requests, or valid government inquiry, including from law enforcement or government agencies; or (e) if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights.

Access and Opt-out

You may review and update your contact information by accessing and modifying the information in your account.

If you choose not to receive e-mails or newsletters from us, you can opt-out or unsubscribe by emailing unsubscribe@infoserv.eu by following the opt-out instructions in the e-mail or newsletter, or by sending mail to DAN electronic LTD, 8 Konstantin Irechek Str., Rousse 7000, Bulgaria, ATTN: Unsubscribe.

Please note that while we offer you some control over marketing communication, certain transactional, relationship, and legally required communications will not be affected by the choices you have made about marketing communications.

Please note that our affiliates and other data recipients have their own data privacy policies, which may differ from ours and you would have to contact them separately with respect to opt-out requests.

Correcting and updating your Information

We may retain your Information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection. For instance, we may retain your Information during the time in which you have an account to use our Web sites or Services and for a reasonable period of time afterward. We also may retain your Information during the period of time needed for us to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

You may request to review, correct, delete or otherwise modify any of the Personal Information that you have previously provided to us through our Sites and Services. If you have registered for an account with us, you may generally update your billing details by logging into the applicable Website with your username and password and edit them. To update the license holder details for your account, please contact your account representative. For other requests to access, correct, modify or delete your personal Information, please review the “Contact Us” section below. Requests to access, change, or delete your Information will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

InfoServ Customers may electronically submit data or information via our Services and Applications for hosting and processing purposes ("Customer-Generated Data" or “Customer Data”). In accordance with the Services Master Subscription Agreement, we may access our Customer’s Data only for the purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law. We acknowledge that you have the right to access your personal information.  If personal information pertaining to you as an individual has been submitted to us by an InfoServ Customer and you wish to exercise any rights you may have to access, correct, amend, or delete such data, please inquire with our Customer directly.

Information Security

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Our security policy is to immediately respond to any reports or allegations of security vulnerabilities or incidents by researching, analyzing, and delivering a quality update patch. All security reports are treated as the highest priority to attain resolution and eliminate any risk that our users could potentially experience.

We work hard to protect your Information from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

  • We encrypt many of our services using proprietary encryption.

  • We offer you two-step verification when you access our Applications.

  • We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.

  • We restrict access to Personal Information to DAN electronic employees on a need-to-know basis mainly in connection with providing our Services to you, or troubleshooting problems and they are bound by confidentiality obligations.

The information you provide upon purchase/free-trial sign up is also protected by a unique customer password and user ID ("Password and ID"). You should not disclose your Password and ID to anyone and you should always remember to log off if using a shared computer. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password and ID, and for any use of your Password and ID, whether or not you have authorized such use.

The communication between the InfoServ® CRM Client-based software applications and Sites (i.e., InfoServ® CRM Administrator, InfoServ® CRM Client, InfoServ® CRM Phone Server, InfoServ® CRM Mobile Application, InfoServ® CRM Management Portal, and www.infoserv.eu) and the InfoServ® CRM Server-based software applications is encrypted.

Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable and that transmissions over the Internet are never 100% secure or error-free. We cannot guarantee security, or that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that we assume no liability regarding the theft, loss, alteration, or misuse of Information, including, without limitation, such Information that has been provided to third parties or other users, or with regards to the failure of a third party to abide by the agreement between us and such third party.

We may use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the Services to you. Such third parties may be granted access to your Applications and/or your Information in connection with providing such services to us. We are not responsible for the services provided by such third-party vendors. In addition, you understand that the technical processing and transmission, including your data, may be transferred unencrypted and involve: (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Children’s Privacy

DAN electronic recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. Our Sites, Services, and Applications are not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this document. DAN electronic reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time and in our sole discretion, but will alert you that changes have been made by indicating on the statement the date it was last updated. Your continued access to the Sites, Applications and Services will indicate your acceptance of our updated Policy. We recommend that users revisit this Privacy Policy Statement on a regular basis to learn of any changes.
